What do you do?
What do you make?
What did Jesus make?
Don’t hire people to make widgets.
Make widgets so you can hire people.
…and make disciples.
Not converts. Not church goers. Not religious nuts.
Disciples.
A disciple is a loyal follower, committed – a devoted student.
The most effective learning is contextual, “hands-on,” and real-world.
Your business is a school – of thought – of life.
“Disciple” shares the same root as “discipline.”
The most successful businesses are disciplined.
The owners are disciplined. The leadership team is disciplined. The employees are disciplined. They are students of a specific set of ideals, goals, values and attitudes. They are students of culture.
Have you ever been to In-N-Out Burger?
Disciplined.
Disciples.
They don’t hire people to make burgers and fries.
They make burgers and fries so they can hire people.
…and make disciples. Students of the In-N-Out culture – which is a derivative of the culture of Heaven.
What other companies make disciples?
What do you make?
