Slacktivism – The self-deluded idea that by liking, sharing, or retweeting something you are actually helping out. The act of participating in obviously pointless activities as an expedient alternative to actually expending effort to make a real difference.
Stop acting like a slacktivist.
Stop “liking” Jesus memes on Facebook.
Stop, please – you’re not helping.
Start seeking first the kingdom of God.
Start asking how the kingdom comes on earth, as it is in heaven.
Start upholding the kingdom culture – on earth – in your family, business, community, organization.
That would help – a lot.
